The Brief

Prime Skin came to Adorer with a vision: to cut through beauty industry noise with a product that does more—with less. No 12-step routines. No unnecessary extras. Just one multitasking essential that primes, hydrates, and gives that effortless glow. Our role? To take that vision and turn it into a brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging strategy that drives impact. The goal was clear: make Prime Skin more than a product—make it a go-to for women who want beauty without baggage. Every word, from packaging to social, had to reflect a brand that stands for simplicity without sacrifice.

The Process

First, we stripped it back. What makes Prime Skin different? A single high-performance product that replaces three. From there, we shaped a voice that’s confident, cool, and effortlessly refined. No fluff, no filler, just words that work as hard as the product itself. Every message was crafted to feel fresh, magnetic, and right at home in the beauty routines of modern women. The result? A brand voice that’s as streamlined as the product—minimal effort, maximum impact.

The Work

The multi-functional, all-purpose, skin-loving jelly.

APPLICATION:

TO CLEANSE: Apply a pearl-sized amount, massage with wet hands, rinse and then pat dry.

TO REMOVE MAKEUP: Apply a pearl-sized amount and massage on your skin to dissolve makeup. Rinse off the product and pat dry.

TO MASK: After your skincare, apply a thin layer of Jelly Plump and leave overnight.

Specifically formulated for the most sensitive skin, this gentle alternative to petroleum jelly effortlessly dissolves makeup. With just a splash of water, it transforms into a comforting milk that leaves skin soft and supple, so you can experience a moisturised sensation without any tightness or dryness.

Discover Jelly Plump, our versatile, 3-in-1 skin-loving jelly. As a cleanser, it effortlessly removes your makeup, including stubborn eye products. Add water, and it becomes a calming cleansing milk, leaving your skin looking soft and dewy without ever feeling stripped. For added hydration, use Jelly Plump as an overnight mask to lock in moisture during the PM, leaving you with luminous and supple looking skin in the AM.
