Chapter 1
Our First Date
Every love story begins with a first date. You know - that thing the big agency you looked at calls a 15 minute discovery call. Our first date is hosted over a Zoom, phone call, or for our Melbourne neighbours, a rosé at our local wine bar.
We’ll have already sent you our standard packages and prices when you enquired (which you can do here), so this catch up with be designed to better understand what you’re looking for, hear all about your vision, and answer any questions you might have about how we can help bring that vision to life.
Chapter 2
Make your Reservation
Once we’ve aligned on your scope of work and given you an exact completion date (none of the between this week and that month crap we hear goes on elsewhere), we’ll share all the onboarding resources with you which includes our terms of service agreement, invoice for our engagement fee and brand questionnaire. Once these have been actioned - the fun begins (although if we’re honest - filling out the brand questionnaire is quite a hoot.)
Chapter 3
Build your Brand
Here’s where the magic happens. Where we step into your brand’s world and make it our home for the weeks, months and, at the risk of coming on too strong, years to come. We obsess over and live among the details of your target audience, point of difference, process, industry, story, competitors and brand strategy. Chapter 3 is where we blend strategic direction with creative instinct to help build you a brand that’s heard, felt and adored across the globe.
Chapter 4
Submit your Work
Your work is complete - time to hang it in the Louvre! But first, you must adore it. So once the final invoice has been actioned and your work delivered, it’s time for you to see your vision brought to life. If there are any requests for amendments, you have 2 weeks to send them to us - giving you plenty of time to go through everything with your team and highlight what you love the most and what you want to make even better.

The After Party
It was fun hanging out. Want to do it again sometime? Our work, process and quality is designed to be a part of your brand long after the first project is complete. We pride ourselves on building (and keeping) long term relationships with our clients, continuing to support them across their marketing and brand. Our marketing retainers are completely bespoke to your business, allowing us to work with you on your copywriting, website maintenance, social strategy, email marketing, product and service development and strategic direction.
